While beneficial, it’s not a prerequisite, as our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills needed to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and significantly expand your sales pipeline via direct lead generation and valuable referrals.
- Dominate in competitive environments to outperform rivals and clinch top market positions.
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to secure deals and foster customer loyalty.
- Understand client needs to provide customized, valuable insurance solutions.
- Work in sync with our expert team to sharpen marketing approaches and surpass sales goals.

Candidate Profile:
- Solid foundational sales skills, ideally with experience in direct sales, retail, or related fields.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career within the insurance industry; previous knowledge helpful but not required.
- Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full support provided).
- Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, to better serve our diverse client base.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with a tiered commission structure: earn up to 10% on Property & Casualty premiums and up to 20% on financial services.
- Potential to earn as much as  $100,000 and plus annually, based on commissions and performance.
- Licensing expenses reimbursed after the first 3 months.
- Appealing signing bonuses for pre-licensed candidates.
