ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Charline Espinoza - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient and productive ( Bi-lingual Spanish preferred ) Part-Time or Full-Time specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers as well as conduct policy reviews to pivot and sell products and services. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. Your contributions as a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment pave an entryway for growing your career and expanding your income.

Commissions:
We offer one of the most competitive commission plans in the insurance industry. Make up to a tiered 10% on Property and Casualty premiums as well as up to 20% on Financial Service Products. Must be property and casualty or personal lines and willing to obtain Life and Health License. In office position only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred 
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    Must have at least a Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty 
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License within 3 month of hire date 
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Passion for marketing and educating products and services based on customer needs
BENEFITS:
  • Salary plus commission/bonus - competitive commission tiered from 2% - 10% based on premium and policies and 15% to 20% Financial Services

Compensación: $38,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
