ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Charline Espinoza - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient Bi-lingual Spanish licensed specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers as well as educating customers on products and services to drive sales opportunities. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. Must be able to effectively support the team to reach office goals. Part-Time maybe consider. Work from home options are available with those of proven track record of high production and efficiency working from home. Commissions:
We offer one of the most competitive commission plans in the insurance industry. Make up to tiered 10% on Property and Casualty premiums as well as up to 20% on Financial Service Products. Must be property and casualty or personal lines and able to obtain Life and Health license within 3 months of start date. This is in office position and not remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service and multiline sales
- Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Must have at least a personal lines license or property and casualty - Able to obtain a Life/Health License within 3 months of hired date
- Help pivot while doing policy reviews
- Create appointments and sales opportunities
- Must have s separate working space, when working from home. Productivity is highly measured
- State Farm Experience is a plus
- Must be able to zoom / office with video capabilities
BENEFITS:
- Salary plus commission/bonus - Very Competitive Commission tiered bases on premium and policies to 2 -10% Property & Casualty and 15-20% in Fin Services.
- Part- Time is maybe considered

Compensación: $38,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
